The Heart Behind Neon Hadeda
The Heart Behind Neon Hadeda
Every business has a beginning — a small spark that grows into something meaningful.
For us at Neon Hadeda Handmade Gifts, that spark came from a simple desire to create.
Both of us, Charlie and Christelle, have full-time day jobs that keep us busy and sometimes drain the creative energy we naturally crave. We longed for something different — something that would refresh our minds and hands after long days of work. A hobby that could help us slow down, breathe, and create beauty with purpose.
That’s where our journey began.
It started with curiosity — a laser cutter, a few YouTube videos, and an open heart to try something new. Charlie bought a laser cutter and began experimenting, watching videos of what was possible: engraving wood, creating art, and then… discovering leather engraving.
There was something special about leather — the rich smell, the texture, the way every piece told its own story. Real leather has soul. It’s imperfect, strong, and beautiful — just like life and faith.
Soon, the hobby turned into a passion. What started as a way to unwind became a creative outlet where faith and craftsmanship met. We learned, practiced, and slowly built the foundation of what is now Neon Hadeda Handmade Gifts — a small brand with a big heart.
We both share a deep Christian faith, and we see creativity as one of God’s gifts — a reflection of His own creative nature. Each item we make, whether it’s a leather wallet, journal, belt, or personalized wooden piece, carries that heart. We want every product to remind its owner of something lasting — of quality, love, and purpose.
Our workshop isn’t fancy. It’s filled with laughter, coffee, and the smell of leather. But it’s our happy place — where faith meets craftsmanship, and every handmade piece tells a story.
At Neon Hadeda, we don’t just make gifts — we create something meaningful, one handmade piece at a time.

A Thought to End With
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” — Colossians 3:23
That verse reminds us that every cut, every stitch, and every engraving matters. It’s not just work — it’s worship through creativity.
